Coming to Holly was my last chance of happiness! When I first walked through those gym doors not only 120 kilos but with a heavy heart and absolutely no hope.. I knew something had to be done!!

Prior to working with Holly I had gained almost 30kg during the pregnancy of my second child. I had come to a standstill and nothing would shift. Holly was recommended to me by a friend who had travelled a similar path.
Holly discussed my goals and how we could achieve this together. Within a week my energy lifted and my life as a mother seemed somewhat renewed with energy and positivity.
Not only did I lose the weight I was able to change my mindset and realise that it’s perfectly fine to eat higher calories and still lose weight under Holly’s guidance. You need calories to create energy and Holly provides you with all the information you need to achieve this!
I started this journey with Holly wanting to be the best version of myself and I was able to achieve this goal and more. My fitness, energy and motivation increased tenfold in just a short time frame. Holly really does take the time to check in with you and this accountability is second to none when trying to achieve fitness goals!
I first approached Holly for training and nutrition guidance. I had no confidence and was not seeing the results I was after.
I was under eating, then binge eating as a result of a bad relationship with food. Holly believed in me and educated me with nutrition. I began seeing crazy changes in my body almost straight away.
As a result, my overall body composition and mental health has improved, along with my self-confidence, not to mention I now have a great relationship with food.
